Refund policy
YOU HAVE RECEIVED YOUR ORDER AND WOULD LIKE TO EXERCISE YOUR RIGHT OF WITHDRAWAL?
The buyer has the right to withdraw from the purchase after placing the order, but before delivery. In this case, the buyer is not obligated to pay for the reason for the withdrawal. You can notify the withdrawal by e-mail, telephone, in writing, or in person.
The buyer may withdraw from the purchase within 14 days of receipt of the goods without giving any reason, in accordance with Sections 4 and 5 of Government Decree 17/1999. (ii.5.) on distance contracts.
The buyer is entitled to exercise his right of withdrawal before using the goods! The returned goods must not be damaged or used, except for the generally acceptable, necessary minimum of use, such as trying on and inspecting the product. The returned product must include the paper hang tag on the product and the original packaging.
If the returned product is damaged, incomplete, used, dirty or hairy, Brizlo may refuse the refund and offer to return the product at the Sender's expense.
In all cases, attach the original invoice to the product.
The buyer bears the costs incurred in returning the product due to exercising the right of withdrawal, we are unable to accept packages sent on delivery!
In the event of a refund request, the purchase price will only be refunded by bank transfer to the bank account number provided by the buyer or to the account from which the card payment was made. To do this, please enter the bank account number and the name associated with the account in the Order Request Notes. In the case of foreign orders, we also request the bank name, IBAN and SWIFT code.
In case of withdrawal from the purchase, the price of the goods will be refunded immediately, but no later than within 14 days.
RETURN PROCESS
You can report and track the product return process online. After logging in, you can access it by clicking on the appropriate order on the MY ORDERS page under the My Account menu using the e-mail address used during the order.
If you are within the return period, you can DELETE the product(s) you would like to return in the table of ordered products on the left.
If necessary, do not forget to enter your bank details in the text field below the table. You will start the process with the Return Request button.
Preparing the return package
1. Return the product in its original packaging to the package. (If the original packaging is damaged, torn or has already been thrown away, please use another bag or packaging material, the main thing is that it is precisely wrapped and sealed).
2. It is important that you include the original invoice in the packaging.
The invoice was sent to you as an email attachment, but if you ordered as a registered customer, you can also find it in your account among the order details.
3. Close the package.
4. Please print and stick the PRE-FILLED RETURN LABEL on the package you want to return.
You can find the PRE-FILLED RETURN LABEL on the above-mentioned page under the Download Return Label button. Print it and stick it on the box.
We are unable to accept packages sent in a different way than the above.
